How to use Beway?
In the app, youâll find two main modes: Explore Mode and Travel Mode.
In Explore Mode, you can discover places and landmarks shared by other users or by us. You can also search for friends, check out their stats and travel photos, and give them a follow.
In Travel Mode, you plan your trip: search for a destination, swipe through the landmarks you want to visit, and the app will create an efficient route within your trip for you. Then just start navigation and go â itâs that easy! You can edit your trip anytime by adding landmarks, restaurants, or cafĂ©s along the way.
Is the app really free?
Yes, downloading the app is completely free.
Explore Mode is also 100% free â you can browse places, landmarks, photos, and follow other users without paying anything.
Travel Mode is free too for planning your trips.
You only pay when you want to unlock your own trip or a trip created by another user. To start navigation with an optimized route between landmarks, the trip needs to be unlocked â but you donât just get navigation, you also get a guide that provides interesting information about each place directly in the app.
In the app, you can choose one of our subscription plans. The choice depends on your needs and how often you travel. Weâve tried to keep the pricing as user-friendly as possible, because we love traveling just as much as you do. We also offer a completely free 1-week plan so you can try the app with full functionality before deciding on a paid plan.
I already have a travel app, why do I need Beway?
Easy to use.
Beway lets you share with others your experiences about landmarks and add interesting or educational info about places. No monthly subscriptions â you only pay when you want.
You donât have to worry about missing anything when planning your trip. In the app, youâll find not only the most popular places, but also lesser-known and hidden spots â all thanks to the community that adds them. You can also adjust your trip anytime, even during navigation, and add places like a cafĂ©, restaurant, or anything else that suits your taste. The app accompanies you throughout your entire journey, provides information about the places you visit, and essentially replaces a traditional travel guide.

Do I need Wi-Fi to use the app?
Yes.
Youâll need Wi-Fi or mobile data to load places in both Explore and Travel modes. The app also uses your location for navigation.
When you're navigating a created and unlocked trip, you can turn off Wi-Fi or data if needed, since the routes are preloaded â but for the best experience, we recommend keeping Wi-Fi or mobile data on.
